What is the purpose and scope of MADE?

MADE, an acronym for Music, Art, Dance, and Entertainment, is a vibrant platform designed for artists to showcase their Talents through engaging content. It serves as a dynamic community where Talent seekers can connect with artists based on the captivating videos shared on the platform. The app's purpose is to provide a stage for individuals passionate about MADE, offering a space for artists to display their Talents and allowing Talent seekers to discover, connect, and engage with a diverse range of creative content. Additionally, Talent seekers can hire artists through posts, considering posts as service offerings, and through artists' profiles for full-time or part-time engagements.

What industries does the app cover?

The platform is designed to cater to a wide array of creative industries, fostering a dynamic and diverse community such as:

Music: Musicians and composers can showcase their musical Talents.
Art: Visual artists, painters, and illustrators can exhibit their artworks.
Dance: Dancers and choreographers can display their dance performances.
Entertainment: Various forms of entertainment, such as acting, comedy, and other Talents, are welcome.

Which markets does it operate in?

The App currently targets UAE region only. Expansion to other markets will be coming soon.

Is the app suitable for freelancers or full-time employment?

Yes, the app is suitable for both freelancers and those seeking full-time employment. Talents, including freelancers, can showcase their skills for potential gigs.

Is the app free to use?

Yes, MADE is free to use for exploring content. Talent Seekers will receive their first connect credit for free, allowing them to initiate connections with Talents. Similarly, Talents can upload their first content for free and will also get one connect credit. However, ongoing usage, additional features, and benefits will be available only through subscription plans.

I am an artist/Talents. How can I work through MADE?

Artists/Talents from any industry can create amazing profiles on our platform, which helps them connect with businesses, brands, or services. This opens up a great door of opportunities for artists by showcasing their talents on a common platform.

I am a Business. How can I benefit from MADE?

To collaborate with us, Businesses can create an account on our platform. Once registered, they can explore Talent profiles, connect with Talents. Our platform is designed to facilitate seamless interactions between businesses and Talented individuals.

What are the differences of Talent Seeker Account compared to Just Looking User?

A Talent Seeker account on MADE offers several advantages compared to a Just Looking user when they purchase premium package:

Hiring Capabilities: Talent Seeker accounts have the ability to send connect requests and hire Talents for various services, making it suitable for companies or individuals seeking specific Talents.

Full-profile Viewing: Talent seeker accounts can view the full profile of Talents, including their work preference, about me, booking requirements etc.

Connect Credits: Talent seeker accounts will receive connect credits, allowing them to send connect requests to various Talents. This enhances their ability to initiate conversations and collaborations with potential hires.

Advanced Filters: Talent seekers might have access to more advanced filters when searching for Talents, helping them narrow down their search based on specific criteria like engagement type, price range, location & location range, age, gender, experience, ratings, languages known and Talents/genres/skills.

Is there a rating system for talent seeker and talent?

Currently, our platform does not have a rating system in place for businesses to rate talent profiles and vice versa. We value the quality of connections and the content showcased rather than a rating system. Users can explore and connect based on shared interests, skills, and preferences without relying on a numerical rating.

What are the subscriptions available in MADE?

Currently, we offer a Premium Subscription, which allows Talents to upload more videos and helps Talent seekers connect with more Talent and enjoy additional premium features are well. Check the link: https://www.made.me/subscriptions For further details on our packages.

What are the benefits of Premium Subscription?

A Premium Subscription offers a wider range of features, including increased visibility, access to more connections, advanced search, travel mode, watchlist creation, and more.

A Premium Subscription gives Talents increased profile visibility, the ability to perform advanced searches, create watchlists, and switch to travel mode to connect with Talent seekers while on the go.
A Premium Subscription provides businesses with features such as advanced search filters, direct connections with Talent, create watchlists and more.

How to sign up for a Premium Subscription?

Go to Profile > Settings > My Subscriptions and Add-ons > Choose your subscription plan

How can I cancel my Premium?

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time by going to Settings > Subscription and Add-ons. Please note that canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

What types of profiles are available in MADE?

There are three kinds of profiles: Talent Profile, Talent Seeker Profile (Business and Individuals) and Just looking Profile. The Talent Profile is for artists or people who want to showcase their work. The Talent Seeker Profile is for businesses or individuals looking for Talent. The Just looking Profile is for those who just want to see what’s happening on MADE without engaging in the content.

How to create a Talent profile?

To build a strong profile, provide the most accurate information and make sure that all the details of the profile are filled. Check the progress of the profile information completion on the profile page.

How to create a Talent Seeker business profile?

To create a Talent Seeker business profile, you need to login using your official email ID and contact number, and upload you Trade License for verification.

Can I create more than one account?

Yes, you can create more than one account using different email IDs. However, please note that maintaining multiple accounts may be subject to our Terms of Service, and we recommend using the platform responsibly.

What types of content can be uploaded by a Talent on MADE?

Talents can upload their videos with a minimum duration of 20 seconds and maximum of 90 seconds in any video format.

How to upload videos?

You can upload videos using the ‘Add Post’ feature. In case you are out of the post credits you can either purchase our premium subscription which provides you with a five post credits to upload and if you still need more videos be uploaded you can buy additional storage through our addons

Profile > Settings > My Subscriptions and Add-ons.

Why is my account blocked?

There are several reasons, such as entering an incorrect password multiple times or a suspicious activity might’ve been detected. Also, could be due to not following our privacy policy and terms and conditions.

How do I unlock my account?

If you see a message about unlocking your account, follow the on-screen instructions. This might involve answering a security question or contacting MADE support support@made.me

How to change your connected email?

To change email, Go to Profile> Edit Profile> mention the new email address, verify the email address through the code sent on the mentioned email, once verified the email will be updated.

How to reset password?

Open the MADE app or visit the WebApp.
Click the "Forgot Password" link.
Fill in the email address associated with your MADE account.
MADE will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your email address.
Enter the OTP you received in the designated field on the MADE app or WebApp.
Choose a strong password you haven't used before and confirm it by typing it again in the designated field.

Trouble signing in, even though the correct password is entered

Double-check your password for any typos or capitalization errors.
Ensure you're using the correct email address
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies or restarting the MADE app.
If you're using a public Wi-Fi network, avoid entering your login credentials.

What security measures are in place to protect user data?

All user data is stored in a secure database on our cloud servers, which are accessible only to authorized individuals. All sensitive data, such as passwords, is strongly encrypted.

Who is responsible for protecting my data?  

Our commitment is to prioritize the security and privacy of your information throughout your interactions with the platform. We store data on secured cloud servers which are only accessible to authorized individual.

What personal data do we collect, and how do we collect it?

We store user information such as first name, last name, email address, birthdate, gender, password, and profile images. This data is collected during the onboarding and profile information gathering processes and is securely stored.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Your data is retained exclusively by our firm and is not disclosed to any third parties, except with your explicit consent.
